Planet RNG Rebirth — Multipliers, Costs & What You Keep

Rebirth converts credits into permanent multipliers. The panel shows both sides of the trade before you commit, and it keeps your collection.

What rebirth actually does

Rebirth is the game's permanent-multiplier layer. The panel compares what you have against what you would have after the rebirth, row by row — so the decision is a visible trade, not a leap of faith. In the save we filmed at 130 rebirths, pressing it would move Luck from x953.80Qn to x1.43Sx, top up Income to x46.37M and add +13.61Dd of Matter, at a cost of $9546Sx of credits (the discounted figure on the same panel read $342Td at 0% progress).

The multiplier values use the game's own big-number suffixes (Qn, Sx, Oc, No and so on), which is why the numbers look alien at first — the suffix ladder note on the weapons database page walks through every form read so far.

Every row is 'current >> next'. These are the labels we have read on two separate saves; the exact values differ by progress, the labels do not.

What you keep

The single most important line on the panel: 'All your weapons, upgrades & fleets are kept!' — the rebirth does not touch your Arsenal collection or your upgrade investments. That changes strategy completely: there is no collection-reset cost to weigh, only the credit cost and the timing of when the next multiplier becomes affordable.

The word 'fleets' is worth flagging. It appears in the panel text but we have not observed a fleet system in any other footage yet — it is logged as an open question rather than explained away.

The kept-notice and cost line render together — weapons, upgrades and fleets survive; credits are what you spend.

Skip and auto-rebirth

Two shortcuts sit on the same panel. 'SKIP REBIRTH — 549 R$' pays Robux to take the rebirth immediately, and 'AUTO REBIRTH @ 99' automates the loop once you have the matching pass (the store lists Auto Rebirth at 99 R$).

The same panel can show 'NOT ENOUGH CREDITS' on its main button while the skip stays available — a useful reminder that the skip is a convenience for people short of the credit cost, not a bonus.

Reading the costs

Costs climb steeply with rebirth count: save A's next rebirth cost $1.91Td; save B, further along, showed $9546Sx. Because costs and multipliers both explode, the useful comparison is never raw numbers — it is the multiplier gained per credit spent, which is what the rebirth planner on the calculator page estimates.

When to rebirth

Two rules of thumb fall out of the observed panels. First: rebirth as soon as the credit cost is comfortably payable, because the Luck and Income multipliers compound into everything downstream — rolls, planet payouts, mutation hunting. Second: if a code or event week is running, rebirth first and spend the boosted session on the bigger multipliers; Meteor Shower's +50% Luck lands a lot harder on a x1.43Sx Luck stat than on a x953.80Qn one in absolute terms.

FAQ

Planet RNG Rebirth — Multipliers, Costs & What You Keep FAQ

Does rebirth reset my weapons in Planet RNG?

No — the panel explicitly prints 'All your weapons, upgrades & fleets are kept!' Your Arsenal collection and upgrade purchases survive; the cost of a rebirth is credits, not progress.

What is the rebirth cost in Planet RNG?

It scales with your rebirth count. We read $1.91Td of credits on one save and $9546Sx on a further-progressed one. The panel always shows your live figure — check it before planning around any number from a guide, including this one.

Is the 549 R$ SKIP REBIRTH worth it?

It is a time purchase: the same rebirth happens for free at the credit cost you can already see. Buy it only if you value the wait more than the money — and note AUTO REBIRTH @ 99 exists as a cheaper permanent alternative if your panel offers it.
